The US and UK Evacuate Families of Embassy Staff from Ukraine

The United Kingdom has begun evacuating its embassy staff from Kyiv, citing the "growing threat from Russia," reports Lenta.

Earlier, it was reported that the US embassy in Ukraine is also set to start evacuating families of embassy staff under instructions from the State Department, due to the "ongoing threat of military action from Russia." The State Department has also authorized the "voluntary departure of US embassy personnel and their families from Ukraine."
