Armenia must either compel Baku to leave the occupied territories or seek military assistance from the CSTO, stated Seyran Ohanyan, the leader of the opposition faction and former Minister of Defense of Armenia.

“Is this just about the areas where Azerbaijan has penetrated, or the entire border zone? If it is about the zones of invasion, then Baku must unilaterally withdraw its troops. For the delimitation process, the enemies must become neighbors, establish a mixed commission, but with the current aggressive rhetoric, provocations, and local attacks, Azerbaijan cannot be considered a neighbor,” Ohanyan said.
