After the Constitutional Court's Decision, Armen Charentsyan, Mkhitar Zakaryan, and Arthur Sargsyan Must Be Released Immediately: 'Armenia' Alliance

The three members of the 'Armenia' Alliance parliamentary faction will be released. This was stated in a statement by the 'Armenia' Alliance regarding the Constitutional Court's decision on the immunity of MPs.

'Just recently, the Constitutional Court announced its decision regarding the immunity of deputies. The court essentially acknowledged that a person without the status of a detained deputy cannot be kept in custody from the moment they acquire the status of a deputy. Following this decision by the Constitutional Court, the restrictive measures against our three colleagues—Armen Charentsyan, Mkhitar Zakaryan, and Arthur Sargsyan—must be immediately revised, and they must be released,' the statement reads.
