Putin and Michel Discuss Issues Related to Nagorno-Karabakh
Russian President Vladimir Putin and European Council President Charles Michel discussed the implementation of agreements regarding Nagorno-Karabakh during a phone conversation.
According to Armenpress, the Kremlin reported that, at the request of Charles Michel, Putin provided information about the steps being taken towards the implementation of the trilateral agreements from November 9, 2020, and January 11, 2021, including those related to establishing peaceful life and restoring economic and transport connections in the South Caucasus.
These issues are expected to be discussed during the meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia on November 26 in Sochi.
Additionally, the phone conversation also covered other pressing issues on the international agenda, including the situation in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Lebanon, as well as the circumstances at the border with Belarus.
