What is Armenia's Position on the Presence of Russian Peacekeepers in Artsakh? - Armen Grigoryan
Our approach is that the Russian peacekeeping forces will remain in Artsakh for a longer period. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, during a conversation with reporters after a government session.
"The infrastructure being created in Artsakh for the peacekeepers suggests that they will be staying longer in Artsakh," Grigoryan said.
When asked whether Armenia could ensure the security of Artsakh alone without Russia, Grigoryan replied that they are currently discussing the issue of jointly addressing security problems.
