The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, addressed journalists' questions regarding whether a meeting and signing of documents is expected on November 9. He stated that this was discussed during yesterday's Q&A session.
“If a process is underway, it is publicly communicated. We have announced our readiness to initiate the demarcation and delimitation process, which entails that both the Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces must withdraw mirror-like, deploy border guard troops in the areas, and so on. As of now, nothing of that sort is scheduled before November 10,” he added.
