Iran Declares End of Tensions with Azerbaijan
The phase of tension between Azerbaijan and Iran, which occurred in the public sphere, has come to an end. This was announced by Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian during a press conference following a meeting of neighboring countries of Afghanistan held in Tehran on Wednesday, according to TASS.
“We have had communications with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister [Jeyhun Bayramov], and I believe we have concluded the public phase of tension,” he stated.
“I think the issues we have will gradually be resolved,” the Iranian minister emphasized.
