We Will Continue to Fight: Ohanyan
The "Armenia" faction, utilizing all the rights granted to it by law, has repeatedly raised the issue of restoring the violated rights of the unlawfully imprisoned community leaders Manvel Paramazyan, Mkrtich Zakaryan, Arush Arushanyan, and Artur Sargsyan both during the sessions of the National Assembly and on various platforms. They have demanded their release and called for an end to the unacceptable prosecutions against them. This was stated by the former Minister of Defense of Armenia and member of the "Armenia" faction, Seyran Ohanyan, on his Facebook page.
“Today we can proudly state that, despite the ongoing and methodically executed false anti-campaign against them, Arush Arushanyan achieved an impressive victory in the local government elections, being re-elected as the mayor of Goris, and Artur Sargsyan was recently released. However, our other colleagues, National Assembly deputies Armen Charchyan and Mkrtich Zakaryan, Goris Mayor Arush Arushanyan, and former Kajaran Mayor Manvel Paramazyan are still in custody. We will continue to fight to defend their rights by demanding their release,” he wrote.
