VIDEO: The Prime Minister to Negotiate with a Man Who Called Him a Drunken Clown, Kocharian
“Generally, negotiating on your knees is simply inappropriate; sitting down is tiring, especially when you cannot negotiate with someone who mocks you. It won't work,” said the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, adding that “to change something, these people need to go.”

How do you imagine the substance of that meeting?” the speaker posed a challenging question.
