11 Million Dollars for the Kapan-Goris Alternative Road
The Kapan-Goris alternative road will be completed by the end of November, announced Suren Papikyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
“This is an alternative route to Kapan-Goris. 5.25 billion drams have been invested to ensure that this strategically significant section is built as quickly and as qualitatively as possible,” Papikyan wrote on Facebook.
