Putin Appoints Mikhail Aghasandyan as Permanent Representative of Russia to CSTO
The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has a new permanent representative from the Russian Federation, appointed by President Vladimir Putin. Mikhail Aghasandyan, who previously served as a special envoy in the Russian Foreign Ministry, takes over the position. He replaces Andrei Shvedov, who has vacated the post.
