Did Pashinyan Propose a Meeting? Responses from Tashir MPs
The ruling "Civil Contract" faction's lawmakers are reluctant to comment on Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's statement regarding Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's willingness to meet with him.
Recently, during a press conference, Erdoğan mentioned that the Prime Minister of Georgia had conveyed Pashinyan's desire to hold a meeting. Civil Contract MP Zaruhi Batoyan told ArmLur.am that she does not wish to comment. Another MP from the faction, Hovik Aghazaryan, also confirmed that he does not have knowledge of such information, but noted that if both sides meet their obligations, a high-level meeting between the leaders of the two countries cannot be ruled out.
