The First Interested Party in Organizing October 27 was the Armenian National Movement: HHD Member

In 1997, Meghri was handed over during the presidency of the first President. This was stated today, September 13, during a meeting with journalists by HHD member Bagrat Esayan.

“The plan that was outlined in 1997 was successfully implemented in 2018 by bringing to power a treacherous and unpatriotic mass devoid of any moral values. After the resignation of that evil in 1998, who led our country for 8 years, Vazgen Sargsyan was considered the number one traitor within the ANM circles, who betrayed Levon and the cause of the ANM. The first interested party in organizing October 27 was, of course, the ANM, and the second interested parties were, undoubtedly, the Turks and Azerbaijanis,” he said.

According to Bagrat Esayan, the authorities have a clear plan, according to which we do not have Artsakh, and that road belongs to Azerbaijan; those villages are Azerbaijani. “They are consistently pushing the line that we should imagine the independence of Armenia within 29,800 square kilometers. This is their ideal,” he emphasized.
