After Azerbaijan's Hysteria, Russian Government Removes 'Republic of Artsakh' Reference
In response to the hysteria raised by Azerbaijan, on September 3, the term 'Republic of Artsakh' was removed from the official website of the Russian government's unified information system in the 'Procurement' section. Now, the location is simply listed as 'Outside the Russian Federation,' while the place of delivery for goods, works, or services is indicated as 'Republic of Azerbaijan.'
It should be noted that Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs had sent a note of protest to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding this issue.
