Attachment May Be Imposed on All Movable and Immovable Property Belonging to Nikol Pashinyan

Vahagn Vermishyan's lawsuit against Nikol Pashinyan has been assigned to judge Ruben Buniatyan. In this case, we have submitted a petition for the application of interim measures, requesting the attachment of all movable and immovable property belonging to Nikol Pashinyan.

The petition is justified by the fact that Nikol Pashinyan will not be the Prime Minister from June 21 and, in his characteristic manner, will avoid paying any amount that may be collected through a court order.

At the same time, I inform you that the entire amount to be received (3,000,000 AMD) will be directed towards changing the preventive measure currently imposed on Vahagn Vermishyan and paying the bail amount in case of bail being applied.
