Whose Slogan Did the Authorities 'Steal'? - 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper reports: 'Nikol Pashinyan's team will participate in the elections with the slogan 'There is a Future!'. The question of what kind of future there can be with a force that has shattered Armenia's present and future is another matter. But the most interesting thing is that they have 'stolen' this slogan from Robert Kocharyan's team.
The fact is that Kocharyan's team had decided to name their coalition 'Future'. However, they were still in discussions when, most likely, the authorities eavesdropped or had their agents within the team, and, knowing this, decided to appropriate or spoil the Kocharyan idea. Perhaps they were concerned that people might suddenly see their future in Kocharyan's coalition rather than with 'My Step'. Now, Kocharyan's team is trying to find another name.'
