Court Hearing on Robert Kocharyan's Case Postponed
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction (Shengavit residence), presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, postponed the hearing of the case ED/0253/01/19 today.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan's attorney Erik Aleksanyan requested the postponement of the court session and submitted a statement indicating that his client has health issues and cannot attend today's court session. A medical certificate has also been presented stating that Armen Gevorgyan has been under inpatient treatment since May 1. The treatment may last 10-14 days.
Considering that the court session cannot proceed without the participation of the defendant, today's session has been postponed and rescheduled for May 11 at 13:00.
