Bababjanyan: 'I have seen how Kocharian's advisor comes to the correctional facility to collect his monthly payment from the director'

‘I have witnessed how Robert Kocharian's advisor comes to the correctional facility to collect his monthly payment from the director, who in turn has to gather that payment from the inmates in the correctional facility,’ independent MP Arman Babajanyan said today from the National Assembly podium, recalling his three and a half years of imprisonment.

‘Finally, I have seen how the directors of correctional facilities collect payments from inmates serving their sentences under privileged conditions,’ Babajanyan added.
