“The Diversity of Parties Makes One's Head Spin”: Military Expert Karen Hovhannisyan

Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page:

“The diversity of parties makes one’s head spin. I understand the technology being applied, which suggests that the more satellite parties there are under one party, the easier it will be to break, shatter the favored parties. However, one should never subject a country like Armenia, which is in such a situation, to such stress. By the way, I will personally be engaged in counter-propaganda against parties that promote despair or colorful dreams, as we have seen the results of influencing emotions and capturing votes.”
