VIDEO: Kocharyan on the Return of Prisoners, Shushi and Hadrut

The root of all existing problems in Armenia lies in the crisis of governance. The economy is poorly managed, resulting in economic decline; due to incompetent management during the war, we have faced defeat, casualties, and numerous prisoners. The inability to return them also speaks to the lack of governance skills of the state authorities.

By eliminating the crisis in public administration, it is possible to strengthen Armenia. By solidifying our negotiating positions, we can return the prisoners, Shushi, and Hadrut, and become the strongest state in the region.
