Samvel Babayan's Manipulation: His Statements Distract the Military

According to the newspaper "Fact", former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Samvel Babayan's statements regarding the armed forces have had a significantly negative impact and impression on the military.

It should be noted that days ago, Babayan placed the entire blame for the defeat in the war on the military and the army during an interview with Public Television, attempting to absolve the political authorities. The main targets were former Chief of General Staff Onik Gasparyan and former Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army Jalal Harutyunyan, but it is clear that there is an overall attempt to shift the entire blame for the defeat onto the military.
