The US Officially Confirms Turkey's Involvement in the War
The United States has officially confirmed Turkey's involvement in the 2020 Artsakh war, reports Mediamax.
In the preamble of the section related to Armenia in the annual Human Rights report published by the US Department of State, it is specifically stated: "After Azerbaijan, with Turkey's support, regained control over four adjacent regions that had been controlled by separatists since 1994, the ceasefire concluded on November 9, facilitated by Russia, ensured the peaceful return of three more regions to Azerbaijan, as well as the deployment of Russian peacekeepers." The report also notes that "since 1995, the final status of Nagorno-Karabakh has been the subject of international mediation led by the OSCE Minsk Group."
