Pashinyan Does Not Need Consultation, as He Will Not Decide What to Sign: 'Hraparak'
Ahead of yesterday's visit to Moscow, the ruling elite was waiting until the last moment, expecting Nikol Pashinyan to convene a meeting of the Security Council, specifically an extended format, to discuss the agenda of the meeting. This is similar to how Putin held a session of the Russian Security Council just before the Moscow meeting, which was entirely dedicated to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. At least, that is how the official report was presented.
“This means that Nikol Pashinyan's role is now zero, and he does not need consultation because he will not decide what to sign and what to reject,” said our source from the Security Council. This was reported by the 'Hraparak' newspaper.
