Naira Zorabyan writes: “Aren was the first winner from Artsakh at the international ‘Kangaroo’ competition. He was accepted for free to the Yerevan State University Faculty of Physics, something he learned about while serving in Artsakh. Aren was an artilleryman and did not have a bulletproof vest. They said artillerymen do not need one. Aren was killed. Aren was 18 years old.”
