Moses Hakobyan's Criminal Case Lacks Any Audio Recordings, Says Special Investigation Service
In relation to the criminal case initiated based on materials prepared for the press conference of the former head of the Defense Ministry's Military Supervisory Service, Moses Hakobyan, no audio recordings have been provided by anyone.
This was stated by the press service of the Special Investigation Service (SIS) in response to a query from Armenpress.
“This is absolute misinformation, and no audio recordings have been provided by anyone in the context of the aforementioned criminal case,” said the SIS press service.
Previously, former head Moses Hakobyan had confirmed to the media that the conducting authority had requested audio recordings, which were provided.
A criminal case has been initiated in the SIS based on the materials prepared for Moses Hakobyan's press conference under the second part of Article 308 (Abuse of Official Authority) of the Criminal Code of Armenia.
During the press conference on November 19, Moses Hakobyan made several accusations against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
