Collision of Lexus and Volkswagen Cars at Tumanyan-Nalbandyan Intersection

On December 8, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 10:30 PM, at the intersection of Tumanyan and Nalbandyan streets, a head-on collision took place between a Lexus with the license plate 40 TT 440 and a Volkswagen with Georgian plates RС 001 AM, as reported by shamshyan.com.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the accident, two individuals, one of whom is a pregnant woman, were transferred to the number 1 university hospital with injuries. Citizens were the first to provide assistance to the drivers and the injured, followed by the rapid response team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which arrived at the scene with one emergency unit. Rescuers disconnected the vehicles and secured the area.
