1/5 of MPs’ Application to the Constitutional Court Accepted for Review

The leader of the 'Bright Armenia' faction in the National Assembly, Edmon Marukyan, announced on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, I inform you that the application submitted to the Constitutional Court by 1/5 of the National Assembly deputies has been accepted for review.

The court date has been set for February 9, 2021, at 11:00 AM. The court has decided to conduct the hearings through written procedures. The responding parties include the President of the Republic, the National Assembly, and the government."
