IM Kayl Members Place Great Hopes on Businessman Minister: Details

According to information from the newspaper "Zhoghovurd," yesterday the leadership of the ruling "IM Kayl" faction in the National Assembly initiated a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan.

"According to our information, the faction aims to clarify various issues in closed meetings with the new ministers, especially regarding their vision for their work in this difficult post-war situation.

Our sources report that the IM Kayl members first asked Minister Kerobyan how he envisions solving issues in the business sector, investment opportunities in Armenia, as well as addressing current problems in the economy.

IM Kayl members have received a favorable impression from Kerobyan, even stating to each other that he appeared to be a 'driven' minister, and can be said to place great hopes on businessman Kerobyan.

It is noteworthy that on November 26, Armenia's President Armen Sarkissian appointed Vahan Kerobyan as Minister of Economy. We should mention that on November 23, the former Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan submitted his resignation request," the newspaper writes.
