An armed man has stormed into a microfinance organization in Tbilisi. This has been reported by RIA Novosti. A special operation is currently underway.
According to some media reports, the incident is taking place at the NBC office located on Tsereteli Avenue, and there are multiple assailants, one of whom is armed with a grenade.
The criminals have taken 10 people hostage.
