Illegal Transport of Weapons and Ammunition from Artsakh to Armenia Uncovered by NSS

In recent days, the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia has uncovered and prevented several cases of illegal transport of weapons and ammunition from the Republic of Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia. This information has been reported by the NSS press office.

“It should be added that in certain cases, individuals with criminal backgrounds were also involved, who had taken similar actions through some individuals participating in military operations. Once again, we emphasize the unacceptability of any illegal act during this crucial period, and we sternly warn against engaging in such actions that could directly harm the safety of citizens of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh. At the same time, we inform that all such phenomena are under the continuous surveillance of the NSS and the Police of Armenia, and they will receive appropriate legal assessments, utilizing the strictest measures,” the NSS statement reads.
