Retreat is Not Defeat. Victory Will Come Again. Artsrun Hovhannisyan
The spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “Retreat is not defeat. There were retreats in 1918, there were retreats in 1941, and there were retreats in 1992, but in all those cases, victory ultimately followed. Victory will come again. #WeWillWin”
In the early hours of September 27, Azerbaijan launched an attack towards Artsakh, violating all international obligations, with the direct participation of the Turkish army and terrorists brought in from the Middle East. During this period, both Artsakh and Armenian settlements were shelled numerous times, resulting in many casualties and injuries among the civilian population, and dozens of buildings were destroyed, causing significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
The Armenian Armed Forces are engaging in heroic and tenacious battles against the adversary, inflicting heavy losses on them in terms of personnel and equipment.
