Enemy Forces Resume Rocket and Artillery Strikes Against Civilian Areas at Dawn: Artsakh Defense Ministry

During the night, a relatively stable tension was maintained in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict zone. No significant changes have been recorded in the operational-tactical situation, according to reports from the Artsakh Defense Ministry.

At dawn, enemy forces resumed rocket and artillery strikes against civilian areas, once again violating the humanitarian ceasefire. The most intense strikes were directed at the civilian infrastructure of Stepanakert and Shushi.

The Defense Army's units have taken appropriate actions to silence the enemy's fire. Currently, the operational-tactical situation remains under the control of the Defense Army units.
