OSCE Co-Chairman Holds Phone Conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister

The OSCE Co-Chairs will soon present a proposal aimed at restoring political dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by the French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Stefan Viskontin, during a conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

Viskontin expressed concern regarding the current situation and emphasized the importance of ensuring a ceasefire. He called for adherence to the terms of the Moscow agreement on halting fire and noted that international mediators will shortly propose measures to return the parties to political dialogue.
