Iran, Turkey, and Russia Can Assist the Two Neighboring Countries in Peaceful Resolution, Says Iranian Government Representative
The official representative of the Iranian government, Ali Rabii, has referred to a peaceful pathway as a possible resolution for the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"We have repeatedly affirmed the territorial integrity of both Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the sovereignty of these countries. Azerbaijan and Armenia are both our friends and brothers, and the territorial integrity of these two countries is important to us," Rabii stated during a meeting with reporters, as reported by the IRNA news agency.
He further added, "It is believed that Iran, Turkey, and Russia can help the two neighboring countries in implementing UN resolutions aimed at a peaceful resolution of the disputes."
