We Do Not Have Hundreds of Confirmed Casualties, Arzrun Hovhannisyan Clarifies

"We certainly do not have hundreds of casualties; that is a falsehood," stated Arzrun Hovhannisyan during a press conference, responding to Azerbaijani misinformation.

"Each confirmed casualty is summarized and announced with names. But we do not have hundreds of confirmed casualties," he said.

Speaking about volunteers, Hovhannisyan noted that many people have applied, but he cannot disclose the number of those departing as it is confidential. "We are forced to tell many to apply to their military commissariats because unorganized efforts will hinder progress. It would be far more effective if military commissariats could organize people based on their lists, ensuring that the mobilization is carried out as needed. Individual volunteer efforts do not always help," he added.
