The Criminals Serving Foreign Interests Behind Armenia Have No Role in State Governance
David Sanasaryan made the following post on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, for more than a year, I have been warning that representatives of the previous criminal government, and more broadly, a foreign agent network, are using all their propaganda resources to separate the people from the government they elected and to take power. If a year ago few understood this strategy, now they have moved on to an open assault, trying to connect objective and fabricated problems to create a picture of a deep crisis.
It is undeniable that the issues are many and that new approaches, redefinitions, and radical changes are necessary. The government and the majority in the National Assembly must think about this. However, we all must understand one thing: the purpose of manipulative, fake, and distorted information is singular—to create despair, distrust, and panic among the public.
How much trust individuals place in the government is a personal decision, but it is indisputable for me that the dangerous escalation at the borders and the activity of foreign agents in Armenia is not random. Therefore, now more than ever, we must be vigilant and not fall for fake assaults.
It should be clear to everyone: representatives of the previous criminal government and the criminals serving foreign interests behind Armenia have no role in state governance. Their place should be in prison, and that's final."
