No Decision Yet on Tsarukyan's Arrest, Announcement Scheduled for 13:30
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, has not yet made a decision regarding the arrest of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, based on the NSS's request. The court has gone into deliberation to make a decision regarding the motion for self-recusal.
This was announced to the media by Gagik Tsarukyan's lawyer, Yerem Sarkisyan. “The decision will most likely be announced at 13:30,” the lawyer stated.
