Navalny Thanks Pilots and Omsk Doctors

Bloger Alexei Navalny has expressed gratitude to the pilots and doctors in Omsk who provided him with necessary assistance. He made this statement on his Instagram page.

He thanked the "unknown good friends," including the pilots who made a rapid landing despite reports regarding the "demining" of the airport.

"Staff from the airport's medical service and the subsequent ambulance... immediately said, 'It's toxic poisoning' and administered atropine," Navalny stated. According to him, the pilots and first responders gifted him an additional 15-20 hours of life.

"If it weren't for those guys. Thank you, unknown good friends, you are good people," the blogger emphasized.

Recall that Navalny fell ill during a flight from Tomsk to Moscow. The aircraft made an emergency landing in Omsk, and the opposition figure was hospitalized. He was connected to a mechanical ventilator in the hospital. Navalny was later transferred to the Charité clinic. German doctors concluded that the politician had been poisoned with a substance from the Novichok group, although Russian doctors found no trace of poison in his system.

German authorities insist that the Russian authorities are responsible for the poisoning, but Moscow has not provided any evidence. Western countries are threatening Russia with sanctions.
