Armenia is the Main Obstacle to Long-Term Peace and Stability in the South Caucasus, Erdogan
The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Armenia is the main obstacle to long-term peace and stability in the South Caucasus during his speech at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.
Erdogan pointed to the July incidents in the Tavush region of Azerbaijan, asserting that Armenia's provocative actions again demonstrated its role as a disruptor in the region. "The attack on Azerbaijani territory in July once again proved that Armenia is the greatest obstacle to sustainable peace and stability in the South Caucasus," he said.
