In Kotayk province, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Yeghvard community, partially on Gayi, Khanchyan, Zakaryan, Sayat-Nova, Shahumyan, Spandaryan streets, Komitas, Charentsi, Abovyan, Isahakyan, Shiraki Safaryan streets, All lands, Kalere, and Apricot areas partially, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Zoraghbyur, Kaputan, Geghashen, Kamarys villages, and 14:30-15:30: Argely, Karasham, Teghenik villages, "Sapphire", "Argel", "Doctors", "Nairi", "Trud" gardening companies, "Veon Armenia", "VivaCell MTS", "Ucom" mobile operators’ stations adjacent non-residential subscribers.
In Gegharkunik province, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Madina, Lernakert communities entirely, certain neighborhoods of Nerkinj Getashen and adjacent non-residential subscribers.
In Ararat province, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Masis city, partial on Ararat street, number 2, 3, and New neighborhoods partially, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Urtsadzor and Nor Kyanq villages partially, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM: Aygezard village partially.
In Vayots Dzor province, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM: Vardahovit, Getik, Goghtanik, Hermon, Aratez villages, Gndevaz village, Kechut village partially, Gndevaz's Tchryan factory, "Jermuk Group" LLC, "K-Telecom", "Veon Armenia", "Ucom" companies' mobile stations, Jermuk city "Arpa Sevan", "Arskhar", "Jermuk Grand" and "Jermuk-1" non-residential subscribers, Bardzruni village partially.
In Lori province, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM: Nakhut village.
In Shirak province, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM: the lower neighborhood of Gokhovit village in the Ashotsk region.
