I Was Engaged in Mental Exercises with Diplomats from 11-12 Countries in a Luxurious Villa: Kocharian
During a meeting with political scientists, Robert Kocharian discussed issues related to security, the resolution of the Artsakh issue, and global developments. He also presented details of the negotiation process.
“In a luxurious villa, diplomats from 11-12 countries were gathered, engaged in mental exercises. There was a war in Artsakh, while a large group was engaged in intellectual exercises there. It was clear that the format was not working,” Kocharian remarked.
A video recording of the meeting will be published soon.
