People with Serious Mental Issues Should Not Hold High Political Positions
Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, stated on his Facebook page: "I believe it is time to clearly enshrine in the Constitution that individuals with serious mental issues should not hold high political positions, thus endangering the safety of the country and its citizens."
