Victory Park Reopened

The Facebook page of Victory Park informs that the park has officially reopened. "Dear visitors, we are pleased to announce that we are now open…," the post states.

It is important to remember that a quarantine was imposed in Armenia until January 11, 2021. According to the new quarantine rules, public events are permitted with a maximum of 60 participants, and the mask-wearing requirement does not apply, for instance, in recreation areas, on mountains, or in forests. However, this does not apply to parks, city gardens, botanical and zoological gardens, visits to historical and cultural sites, pilgrimages, and other events organized for economic activities, including individual and group hikes, excursions, and similar activities.
