Three Parties to Challenge Legality of Mandatory Mask Requirement in Court
The Administrative Court of Armenia has accepted a joint application from the Prosperous Armenia Party, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, and the Homeland Party, challenging the legality of the mandatory mask requirement imposed on citizens by the Armenian government.
This information was shared by Iveta Tonoyan, an MP from the Prosperous Armenia faction, on her Facebook page. She stated, "Once again, I confirm that we will fight against illegal restrictions on individual rights using all possible legal means. We will keep you updated on court hearings and their outcomes."
