The Ban on Entering Georgia Remains in Effect
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that the roadways within the Republic of Armenia are passable.
Regarding Lars: According to information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, due to the state of emergency, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open only for freight transport.
According to information from the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the decision to prohibit foreigners from entering Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to freight transportation.
