Court Hearing on Incident Involving Alen Simonian Scheduled for September 9
The date for the court hearing concerning the incident between the leader of the 'Adequate' party, Arthur Danielyan, and the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, has been announced.
According to the Datalex information system, Judge Armine Meliksetyan has scheduled the hearing for tomorrow at 11:30 AM.
The incident occurred on April 29 at approximately 5:05 PM in a park known as 'Malibu Garden'.
According to the materials of the case from the Special Investigative Service (SIS), 'Arthur Danielyan made sexual insults directed at the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and his parents, which caught Alen Simonian off guard, prompting him to strike Danielyan on the nose with his forehead, after which a scuffle ensued between them.'
The case files indicate that Arthur Danielyan inflicted blows to Simonian's head and other parts of his body, resulting in bodily injuries.
