Any Statement from Armenia, Artsakh, and Azerbaijan Will Greatly Impact Future Developments - Abrahamyan
President of the Analytical Center "Henaket" Tigran Abrahamyan made the following post on his Facebook page:
“Following the military operations in Tavush, there are two additional important questions on the foreign policy agenda. First, when will the parties return to the negotiation table, and second, around what agenda will this occur?
The first question is vital to understand whether the parties even have the desire to return to the negotiation process or if this will be another round of military operations. The second question pertains to what positioning Armenia and Azerbaijan will secure around the negotiation table and what the return will revolve around.
This is quite a delicate time. Any statement from Armenia, Artsakh, and Azerbaijan will greatly influence future developments with all its subtexts, particularly from the perspective of accountability. It is essential to calculate all steps and statements in the long term. There is no need to reveal important trump cards to solve current, non-primary issues.”
