«Zhoghovurd»: Criminal Authority “Gegadirtsi Gokor” Wanted, New Details on ZAP Case

«Zhoghovurd» newspaper reports that new details have emerged regarding the criminal case against the "thief in law" Andranik Sogoyan related to ZAP. It is known that within the framework of this criminal case, a search has been announced for the criminal authority Grigor Aharoni Grigoryan, who is better known as Gegadirtsi Gokor.

According to the indictment, Gokor was also involved in the process of resolving a debt of 4 million drams with the "thief in law" Andranik Sogoyan. Interestingly, prior to this revelation by law enforcement, Gegadirtsi Gokor had been arrested months ago on another criminal case. Specifically, on July 16, he was actively involved in a dispute that arose between the director of his "Dacha 56 Eco" restaurant, three of his friends, and residents of the same village, and was detained, but later the RA Court of Appeals released him.

During this time, law enforcement made a new discovery regarding Grigor Grigoryan in the ZAP case and decided to arrest him, but they could not locate him. It turns out that if the RA Court of Appeals had not released the criminal authority Grigor Grigoryan, the Investigative Committee would not have needed to announce a search for him today.
