80% of this year's budget for the 'Erebuni-Yerevan' celebrations, amounting to 150 million drams, will be allocated for the renovation and equipment upgrade of two municipal theaters. This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan on his Facebook page.

“The Mher Mkrtchyan Artistic Theater and the Youth Audience Theater have long needed renovation. I also visited the Hrachya Ghaplanyan Dramatic Theater, which has already been renovated and equipped with the latest lighting and sound technology, and will soon resume its activities,” the post stated.
