At Least Loud Music from Cars Should Be Banned: Stepan Danielyan
Political scientist Stepan Danielyan wrote on his Facebook page: "The quality of governance, or rather lawlessness, can be observed merely by walking in the city. Just one example is enough to understand the essence of this government. It is already terrible to hear unbearable loud music from cars—day and night—and not a single police officer or any city hall employee seems to care, or they lack the courage to act. Fighting noise is the responsibility of these institutions.
For example, in many European countries, it is even prohibited to flush toilets in multi-apartment buildings after 10 PM, and dog owners are mandated to have their pets surgically altered to prevent barking. We aren't saying to do all this—at least ban the loud music from cars. Although, who am I talking to..."
